September 1991, the belgian Ardenne. Geoffrey is seven years old. For as long as they could remember, his parents always heard him for hours singing along to the radio, and therefore deciding to encourage this growing passion, sent him to private music theory lessons in Neufchâteau (Belgian Ardenne) then, two years later, he entered the music academy of Bertrix for ten years, studying the piano, organ and singing. During his Germanic Philology studies at the University Notre Dame de la Paix of Namur, he passed an audition for the World Youth Choir and since then, his musical life took a decisive turn.

Geoffrey studied at both Royal Conservatories of Brussels (Masters in voice performing & voice teaching) and at the Dutch National Opera Academy of Amsterdam (Master in opera). Thanks to his mentors Axel Everaert, Beatrijs De Vos and Jon Thorsteinsson, Geoffrey improved his bel canto technique partly thanks to the Lichtenberg voice method. In masterclasses, he was influenced by Dennis O’Neill, Ira Siff, Elisabeth Wingfield, Gabriele Fontana.

In 2017, he was finalist of the 25th International Singing Competition of Clermont-Ferrand.

Geoffrey has worked with conductors such as Richard Egarr, Bas Wiegers, Stijn Saveniers, Jonathan Berman, Kenneth Montgomery, Amaury Du Closel, Jeroen Weierink and was directed by Floris Visser, Alexander Oliver, Javier Lopez Piñon, Elsina Jansen, Armand Delcampe, Pierre Thirion-Vallet and many more.
